Use polyester 210, TOI and tertiary amine to react the prepolymer, and then react the prepolymer with bisaminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane and a small amount of dimethylpropionic acid (DMPA) in catalyst and toluene The cationic modified polyurethane emulsion is prepared, and active groups are introduced into the soft segment, such as -CN, -NCO, which is conducive to the increase of the interaction between the soft and hard segments. The product can be used as a waterproof brightener (that is, a top coating agent ).

The polyurethane prepolymer prepared by the reaction of TOI, polytetrahydrofuran [PTMO] and DMPA was emulsified and extended in a low-concentration aminoethylaminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane (chain extender) aqueous emulsion, and a synthetic compound containing Polyurethane anionic aqueous emulsion of siloxane segments. Tests with FT-IR, surface energy spectroscopy and other means show that the introduction of a very small amount of PDMS can effectively improve the surface properties of the polyurethane film and enhance the water resistance of the film, while the mechanical properties of the material itself have little change.

Using polyoxypropylene diol or polyoxypropylene triol, aminoethylaminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane, and toluene diisocyanate as raw materials to prepare prepolymers under solvent-free conditions, using dimethyl sulfide Toluenediamine was used as curing agent to synthesize a series of amino silicone oil modified polyurethane elastomer materials, and the mechanical properties, heat resistance, surface water contact angle and other properties of the materials were tested. The results show that the modified silicone polyurethane elastomer has better mechanical properties, heat resistance and surface hydrophobicity.

The prepolymer was prepared from hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene (HTPB), aminoethylaminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane (AEAPS), and isophorone diisoprene (IPOI). Amine (MOCA) is used as curing agent to synthesize a series of amino silicone oil modified polyurethane. The mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and surface water contact angle of the material were tested, and ESCA surface analysis was carried out on the material. The results show that: HTPB-IPDI type polyurethane has excellent mechanical properties; the modified polyurethane siloxane is enriched on the surface, has a lower surface tension, and its mechanical properties have little change. Using 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 1,2-dimethylol sodium sulfonate and aminopropyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, prepared sulfonated poly(dimethicone) Methylsiloxane-polyurea-polyurethane ionomer, the length of the soft segment increases, and the phase separation is serious. If Na2S03 is replaced by S03 or the sulfonic acid group is neutralized with cations of different charges, it will have a great influence on the morphology and mechanical properties of the polymer.

Using aminopropyl-terminated polysiloxane to react with 4,4'-dicyclohexyl methyl diisocyanate (H-MDI), HDI, and MDI, a linear silicone was prepared by homogeneous solution polymerization. Oxyrene block copolymers. The effect of reaction solvent on yield, molecular weight and product properties was studied. The results show that MDI-based modified resin can be synthesized by using diethoxyethylphenol as solvent, but a small amount of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) must be added to H-MOI. If H-MOI is reacted in THF, a transparent and homogeneous solution will be obtained. When adding a chain extender, a small amount of NMP should be added to reduce the viscosity of the solution. As a co-solvent, NMP can increase the polarity of the system, and the product has higher molecular weight and better physical properties. THF is the preferred solvent for H MDI.
